The Wrapz Condor Photochromic is a new model 2016 and designed specifically for golf and sport.
The lightweight TR90 Flex frame (22g) is a excellent for those who wish to wear their glasses for a long period.
The flexibility of the frame ensures comfort with no pressure points which eliminates irritation and headaches.
Rapid Change Photochromic Lens Sometimes referred to as a transition lens. This is a very advanced lens containing crystals that react to Ultraviolet light and change colour. WrApz® photochromic lenses start out as light grey (cat 2) when in dull conditions and changes to smoke grey(cat 3) in bright sunlight. All photochromic lenses have a life span dependent on use.
WrApz® Photochromic lenses have been tested and react very quickly once they have been used for a short while. Initially the lens may take a few seconds to react but during continued use this will speed up. This makes them ideal for changeable conditions.
Photochromic lenses don’t work well inside cars as most modern windscreen glass filter the light that the lens requires to change colour
they also will not change under normal artificial lighting or through modern glazed windows (Moren glass has inbuiltt UV filters)
The Condor has decentered optically correct lenses. These ensure that your eyes are not fighting poor quality lenses which is the main cause of headaches when worn for long periods. The lens has the the optical centre positioned in front of your eye rather than in the centre of the physical lens. This means you are looking through the perfect sweet spot of the lens, hence the name "decentered". This technology is rarely found in eyewear at this incredible price.
